Why it works

Structured networking, not just a mixer.

A closed room with a fixed agenda, a register, and a standing expectation that you show up - which is what keeps it useful instead of turning into a business card exchange.

Joining

How a seat opens up.

Membership is by application, and only for a category nobody in the room currently holds.

1

Visit a meeting

Come and sit in on a full session as a guest. You will see the agenda, the referrals being passed, and who is in the room before committing to anything.

2

Apply for your category

If your trade is not already held by a member, you can apply for that seat. Existing members review the application.

3

Take the seat

Once approved, the category is yours alone. You join the weekly meetings, the 1:1s, and the referral flow.

Questions

Before you visit.

Where and when do you meet?
Every Tuesday at 7:30 am, at Reemooz in Rajkot. It is an early start by design - the meeting finishes before the working day begins, so it costs you a morning rather than a day.
What actually happens in a meeting?
It runs to a fixed agenda. Members introduce their business, referrals and testimonials are passed round the table, and one member takes an education slot to teach the room something about their trade. Visitors get a short introduction of their own, so you leave having been heard rather than just having listened.
What if my category is already taken?
Then that seat is not available - and that is the point, because it is the same rule protecting every member. Check the directory to see which trades are currently held. Categories do open up, so it is still worth getting in touch.
Am I expected to bring a referral every week?
The room works because members actively look for work to pass to each other, so contributing is the expectation rather than an optional extra. What matters more than the weekly count is that you turn up and get to know the other members well enough to refer them properly.
What does it cost to attend?
The meeting fee is Rs. 1,000, which covers the session and breakfast. Membership itself is a separate annual cost, which we will go through with you in person. There is no obligation to join after visiting.
Do I need to be signed in to use this site?
No. The directory, events and contact form are open to everyone. Signing in is only for members who want to update their own listing, and for the chapter team managing the site.
